Office Hours
Our office hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Friday. Patients are seen on an appointment basis. If you unable to keep an appointment, please give our office at least 24 hours notice.

Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery Center is conveniently located near Presbyterian Hospital in the Midtown Medical Plaza Building at 1918 Randolph Road, Suite 580. Free parking is available in a parking garage immediately adjacent to the building. Our suite on the fifth floor, may be accessed directly from parking level 6 in the parking garage.

- Directions To Midtown Medical Plaza from I-77 South
- Take Exit 11A, I-277, towards downtown Charlotte (Brookshire Freeway, Hwy 16)
- Take the 3rd & 4th Street Exit.
- Make LEFT on 4th St.
- Make LEFT on S. McDowell St
- Make a LEFT on 3rd Street.
- At the 4th stoplight, make a LEFT on Independence Blvd.
- Take your 1st RIGHT on 4th St.
- 4th Street will turn into Randolph Rd. After crossing through the intersection of Caswell St., Midtown Medical Plaza will be on your immediate right. Turn right into the entrance.
- Pull into the free parking deck.
- Drive up to the 6th level parking (Level 6P)
- Cross the cat-walk to the main building.
- DCSC is on the left just past the elevators.

Directions from I-77 North:
- Take the John Belk Freeway exit towards Panther Stadium
- Take the 3rd & 4th Street Exit. BEAR LEFT ON EXIT RAMP.
- Make RIGHT at stoplight at end of exit ramp.
- At the second stoplight, make LEFT on Independence Blvd.
- Make first RIGHT on 4th St.
- After crossing over the intersection of Caswell, make first RIGHT into Midtown Medical Plaza.
- Park on level 6P in the complimentary parking deck.
- Cross the cat-walk to the main building.
- DCSC is on the left just past the elevators.

Directions from Hwy 74W:
- Bear RIGHT as Independence Blvd.splits with I-277. Do not bear LEFT on I-277.
- Make a LEFT on 4th St.
- After crossing the intersection of Caswell, make first RIGHT into Midtown Medical Plaza.
- Park in complimentary parking deck.
- Take parking deck elevator to 6P.
- Cross the cat-walk to the main building.
- DCSC is the on the left just past the elevators.

From western North Carolina area:
- From I-240E, merge onto I-40E toward Statesville.
- Take exit #123 toward Hickory & US 321.
- Merge onto 321 toward NC-127.
- Mergo onto I-85 toward Charlotte.
- Take exit #36 - 16 to 74 East, Brookshire Blvd., Downtown
- From I-277/Brookshire Blvd., take the 3rd & 4th St. exit.
- At end of exit ramp, make a U-turn at the stoplight.
- At next stoplight, make a LEFT.
- At the 3rd stoplight, make a LEFT on Independence Blvd.
- Make first RIGHT on 4th St.- 4th St. turns into Randolph Rd.
- After crossing the intersection of Caswell, make your first RIGHT into Midtown Medical Plaza. Park in the free parking deck on level 6P.
- Cross the cat-walk to the main building.
- DCSC is on the left just past the elevators.
