What is Fat Transfer?
|
Fat cells have been shown to be excellent stem cells making them natures perfect wrinkle filler to restore facial volume. Fat is harvested from the patient's abdomen or hip and prepared in syringes for implantation in the treatment area(s). Because the fat is the patient's own, there is no need for skin testing.
Common areas for fat transfer are the lip/cheek groove, around the mouth and lips, and even those tell-tale hands.
